Sumac hummus

Ingredients

white sesame seeds
(or more if you like...just don't put too much in or it will turn bitter)

lime
juice

water
add a bit more if required

chickpeas
(400 gms)

clove
garlic
Pinch
salt
or more if needed

tbsp
sumac

tbsps
olive oil
or more if required
Instructions
Add the sesame seeds to a high speed blender and blend till the seeds become fine
Add all the other ingredients except the olive oil and whizz
Slowly drizzle the olive oil through the openeing in the lid, while the blender is on
Blend till smooth
Serve with raw veg or as a dip with crackers
